Meet the Founder
My name is Rednel M. Redvil
Rednel Redvil, the executive chef and founder of Redvil Catering, was born and raised in Haiti. He relocated to Midland, MI, in 2009 and launched his culinary career in the Detroit metropolitan area. With a wealth of experience in French, Italian, Caribbean, and Asian cuisine, Rednel brings a refined touch to every dish. The mission behind Redvil Catering is to take the pressure off clients during special events and enhance their experience with exceptional food and service.
